Flat Plan - Website

I designed the website on this flat plan, i looked at other alternate rock websites, such as

I then put together roughly what i thought our website should look like, taking inspiration from each of the websites i looked at.

Flat Plan - digipak

This is our flatplan for our digipak, the sofa with the bands name and album title "Animal Silence" we took inspiration from Paramore's album, "All We Know is Falling" the pictures we're using on the album cover will be from the same location we're using for our music video. The song we're using for the album in number one on our track list on the back of the album sleeve.

Music Video storyboard

We planned out what shots we are going to use and when we want to use them in our music video. We did this by watching other music video and looking at what shots are used and how we could use similar shots. We listened to our song multiple times and put the shots in time to what shots we could use. 

Costume.

We were discussing what sort of make up and costume our lead singer should wear, at first we thought she should have blue or red lip stick but we eventually decided that purple lip stick would be more quirky and therefore fitting the genre better, We've decided she will wear, purple lip stick, a pentagram chocker, ripped skinny jeans and a black and white baseball style shirt. She'll have her hair down and be wearing black joker converse.

Additional Research - technical.

This is a link to Paramore's song "CrushCrushCrush". I think this would be good video to get inspirational shots from because they have a variation of different shot types and distances. For example they have low angle close ups of the lead singer and low angle shots of various band members. There are tracking shots of the whole band playing, crosscut with many close ups of Hayley's face
